Eva Cicinyte serves as Chairman and Director of the foundation as a result of her professional experience and extensive knowledge in international affairs. Ms. Cicinyte is the Chief Executive Officer of Newton Principle Agency Corp., a global strategic service provider in data analytics serving political, governmental and commercial sectors. She is a certified member of the World Youth Alliance and was an invited speaker at the United Nations General Assembly Week (2019), where she spoke on online safety for children. She has also worked directly with foundations such as World Childhood, New York Academy of Science ( NYAS) and today serves as Bon Charity Foundation ambassador to the United States in support of Ukraine relief efforts.
Manuel Dacosta serves as a Director of the foundation as a result of his professional experience and community leadership. Manuel is the founder and director of Magellan Charities currently building a 100 million dollar long term care facility in Toronto. He is a philanthropic supporter of causes including the Abrigo Centre which protects abused women and children, Famous People Players Theatre, the only black light theater in Canada which trains and employs mentally challenged younger people, and the Luso Canadian Charities which helps mentally challenged people. He is also the founder and director of Camoes House for the aged, which houses and protects seniors.
Kimble Cannon serves as a director of the foundation as a result of his professional experience and education. Mr. Cannon has served as an officer of both public and private corporations, including as an investment banker with leading global investment banks Morgan Stanley and Houlihan Lokey. He has practiced law with several of the most well regarded law firms in the United States including Clearly Gottlieb, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, and Wilmer Cutler Hale & Dorr. He has also served in the United States government including as law clerk to the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and as both Senior Counsel and Counsel to the Commissioner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He received his B.A. from Duke University, with honors, his J.D. from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
